And the winners are . . . .
Entries for the Zoo Twilights competition have closed and I have the names of three winners. But before I get to that, I have some more exciting marketing from Melbourne Zoo!
Babies are cute. And animal babies are probably even cuter. So a new Zoo baby is a great reason for a return visit to the Zoo!
But in an effort to build a personal connection with these new baby animals, connections that make returning to see these animals the highlight of any future Zoo visits, Melbourne Zoo invites the general public to take part in an important part of the initiation process.
The most recent addition to the Zoo family is a new baby Asian Elephant called . . . well, that is up to you.
Involving the public in this important step, the Zoo is running a competition to find a name. Choosing from three options; Sai (meaning a fig that grows in the crevice of trees), Man Jai (meaning confident) and Look Nam (meaning likes water), the public is invited to make their choice – plus they get the extra incentive of being entered into a competition to win a stay at the 5-star Hotel Windsor.

Anyway, back to the important information. The winners!
The winners of the Zoo Twilights competition, each receiving a double pass to the opening night of Zoo Twilights featuring Eddie Perfect and Tripod, are . . . Ross U, Linde L and Kirsty T.
Make sure that you check out the huge variety of concerts in this year’s line-up of Zoo Twilights from January 24 – March 8. There are plenty of great performers playing including Katie Noonan (January 31), Something for Kate (February 21) and James Reyne & Daryl Braithwaite (February 14). And book your tickets now before they sell out like Jessica Mauboy and Xavier Rudd.
