Full Cast Announced for Hello, Dolly!
Following the announcement earlier in the year that The Production Company’s 2017 season would open with a remounting of the iconic Hello, Dolly! starring Marina Prior and Grant Piro, the remaining cast has been announced this week.
Returning to the company after great success as young Mary O’Brien in last season’s DUSTY is Baylie Carson as Ermengard alongside Glenn Hill who has performed to packed houses all over Australia in Matilda and Verity Hunt-Ballard who audiences will remember as the leading lady in Mary Poppins as Cornelius Hackl and Irene Molloy respectively. Nigel Huckle as Barnaby Tucker, Imogen Moore as Minnie Fay and Jack Van Staveren as Ambrose Kemper will round out the leading cast.
Joining these leads will be Mike Snell as Rudoph Reisenweber, Alana Tranter as Ernestina Simple, Ella Burns, Matthew Jensen, Sam Marks, Rubin Matters, Thalia Smith, Suzanne Steele, Rachael Ward and Brenton Willson (Dance Captain).
Hello, Dolly! with this all-star cast will be running for a strictly limited 19 performances in Arts Centre Melbourne’s Playhouse from 27 May to 11 June.
